The Group is ranked in fourteenth position out of 42 Italian companies mentioned in the Financial Times “Europe’s Diversity Leaders 2023” report

The Acea Group has been included in the special “Europe’s Diversity Leaders 2023” report published by the Financial Times and Statista. Having this year reached its fourth edition, “Europe’s Diversity Leaders” selects 850 employers who demonstrate notable leadership in diversity and inclusion matters, considering the experience of over 100 thousand employees interviewed throughout Europe.

Acea tops the ranking as regards the Italian utility companies included in the list and is positioned fourteenth out of the 42 Italian firms mentioned.

The Acea Group has always been committed to promoting diversity inclusion and enhancement values. In fact, it recently adopted an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy, compiled in a document to be updated each year, prepared and monitored by the responsible corporate organisational structures. The purpose of the policy is to support current practices with a view to ensuring that the right to diversity is protected and guaranteed in all organisational and management processes. Moreover, an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Committee has been set up within Acea, to handle and supervise the initiatives to be implemented, the related projects being coordinated by an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager.
