Today, the Gesesa Board of Directors has adopted the new Charter of the Integrated Water Service (SII), in implementation of the current regulation and directives issued by the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA).
The Charter is an integral part of the user contract stipulated between the Operator and the individual End Users and represents the document defining the commitments that the Operator assumes towards Users, in order to improve the quality of relations and the services provided.
The Charter will be published on the Gesesa spa website www.gesesa.it and will be in force from 1 July.
