Today, at Ecomondo, Acea Ambiente – the company part of the Acea Group led by Giovanni Vivarelli that deals with waste treatment and valorization – obtained a special mention from ISPRA for its environmental video statements and for the effective use for communication purposes of the logo of EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme), the management instrument that helps companies to evaluate, report, and improve their environmental performance. In the waste sector, Acea Ambiente was the only company to receive this recognition.
The 15-minute videos show Acea’s commitment to safeguarding the environment and reducing CO2 emissions by using innovative methods and techniques in line with the SDGs in the UN 2030 Agenda. The videos can be watched at Acea’s stand at Ecomondo as well as online on the Group’s website.
