The bill can be viewed and downloaded from any device (computer, tablet, smartphone). This service eliminates any potential inconvenience due to non-delivery and helps the environment by saving on paper printing, making everything more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

How to activate the service
Access MyGesesa and go to the 'Bills and Payment' area. Click on Bolletta Web to input your email address and activate the service. You will receive an email to complete your request. The link in the email will be active for 48 hours.

Please note that if you have not received your bill, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your customer number, to request an email copy of your bill. The bill will be immediately sent by email, thus saving you time and queues.
