This morning, Acea Ato 5 inaugurated its new commercial premises in Frosinone, in via Aldo Moro, 415. The ceremony was attended by the Prefect of Frosinone Ignazio Portelli, the Regional Authority of the Integrated Water Service Paola Perisi, the President of the Province and of the Local Authority Antonio Pompeo, the Mayor Nicola Ottaviani, and the President of Acea Ato 5 Stefano Magini, as well as representatives of consumer associations and local institutions. Luca Paganini from Frosinone football club, who has been collaborating with ACEA for the past two years, was also present at the event.
The new commercial premises are on one of the main streets of the city center, located in a functional and practical space with technologically advanced equipment. The new structure focuses on customer centricity with the aim of offering quick efficient services and responding swiftly to customers’ needs. Boasting a totally new look and space concept, the premises feature eight multi-functional desks involved in both front office and back office activities, as need may be.
“The opening of these new commercial premises in Frosinone – said the President of Acea Ato 5 Stefano Magini – is further proof of the company’s commitment to customer services and the local community. It is also the result of a successful collaboration between the Company, government bodies, local administrations and consumer associations, a reiteration of the fact that the conflictual period is well behind us”.
The commercial structure in Frosinone, together with the one in Cassino and the “AceaWeb” desk in Via Roma, also in Frosinone, represent a substantial improvement to the service offered to customers. In addition to the actual help desks, users can access all services online on MyAcea or contact the commercial call center by phone, email or using the app on their smartphones. Customers who approach the commercial desks will be attended quickly and receive the best level of assistance, in compliance with the dispositions of the national Authorities.
