ACEA S.p.A. informs that, on 5 March 2024, the Meeting of the Board of Directors called to examine the ACEA Group consolidated Financial Report and the ACEA draft separate financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2023 – in accordance with the 2024 Calendar of corporate events published on 30 January last, to which refence is made – will also be required to review the Business Plan for the years 2024-2028.
