On 10 November 2021, consistent with the Corporate Governance Code provisions and the best practices adopted in the field, Acea Group’s Board of Directors has approved the Policy for dialogue management with institutional investors, stakeholders and bondholders.
The adoption of an engagement policy proves our group’s commitment in involving its stakeholders to establish a dialogue aimed at creating shared value.
