Acea School - The Acea initiative dedicated to schools.
The initiative, conceived by Acea for the world of school dedicated to primary and middle school students and teachers in Rome capital city and the metropolitan city, is renewed, proposing a new “immersion” project focussed on sustainability and education towards saving water. Acea School launches at the same time as World Water Day.
This year, water takes centre stage in a multimedia show, whereas the next editions will discuss the topics of energy and the environment.
The teaching activity takes place in an unconventional scenario, the Conciliation Auditorium: the ceiling and walls of the auditorium are transformed, in fact, into an enormous screen, so as to envelop students in high-impacting impacts, developing in ultra high definition, which reproduce the long journey taken by water, from the source through to our homes.
The project also has a Rating Campaign: Let's project our water! "Help lead our next campaign to raise awareness about saving water". Classes will be able to use even tablets and Smartphones to produce a video message lasting 30" maximum, which can express a brief, effective concept regarding Water and how to save it: "What would you do to protect our water?"
