Pierluigi Palmigiani is Human Capital Development Manager of Acea, a role he has held since 2017.
From 2015 to 2017 he held the position of Human Resources Director in the Defense Industries Agency at the Ministry of Defense of Rome.
From 2011 to 2014 he worked as Executive Coach and Company Consultant in performance management. He also headed the School of Coaching’s (SCOA) Rome headquarters, which is responsible for consulting on and coaching referred to the south and center Italy area.
From 2003 to 2006 he worked in AGC Automotive Europe, initially as a Human Resources Director for Europe and then as Country and HR Manager for Italy.
Between 1998 and 2002 he was HR Country Director (Italy) at Glaverbel.
Between 1995 and 1997 he worked in PPG Industries as HR Plant Manager.
From 1988 to 1994 he worked in Agusta Westland initially as Industrial Relationship Manager at the Frosinone plant and since 1992 as HR Plant Manager at the Anagni plant.
Between 1986 and 1987 he was Training, Safety and Enviroment Manager at the Ferentino plant for Valeo Italia.
From 1984 to 1986 he supported the legal practice in his role as intern.
Pierluigi Palmigiani has a degree in law and holds a Master in Business Coaching. He followed several training programmes in management, focusing in particular on the following topics: HSE process, HR management, Hersey and Blanchard leadership theory, the Total Quality mind set and tools.
