Meter door request

For Acea Ato 2 customers, the service is temporarily suspended.

We are working on a new request and delivery service directly to the address of your supply or one of your choice, without asking you to go to one of our warehouses. We suggest visiting this page in the next few days and send your request simply using a PC/tablet/smartphone, following the new procedure that will be published here.

For Acea Ato 5 customers (Frosinone and province) door replacement is the customer's responsibility: you can go to any hardware shop and buy it yourself.

For Gesesa (Benevento and province) and Acea Molise customers (Termoli) the meter door must be replaced by the customer: you can go independently to a hardware store and buy a new replacement door (must have a universal key).
