Offices is Frosinone and Cassino have reopened to the public but are accessible subject to booking an appointment via the free “Ufirst” app or on the website: www.ufirst.it. Customers accessing the premises are required to wear a face covering and will have their temperature taken. These measures are part of the anti-Covid rules together with maintaining a safe distance and avoiding gatherings.
To anyone who for personal or work reasons cannot visit the physical offices, the digital help desk offers all the same services thanks to a video call system that puts customers face to face with an operator, as if they were on Acea Ato 5’s premises.
The commercial offices in Frosinone and Cassino are open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 till 13:00 and from 14:00 till 16:30. To access the service customers must book an appointment. Customers can book using the “Ufirst” app (available in the Apple and Google app stores). In the app, all customers have to do is select the services in Frosinone or Cassino and then Acea Ato 5: they will be shown all dates and times available to be booked. Additionally, customers will be asked to provide their phone number.
The booking service is also available on the website (www.ufirst.com), or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, providing a land line or mobile telephone number.
Digital Help Desk
Anyone who wants to save time, or who for personal or work reasons cannot visit Acea Ato 5 offices, can use the Digital Help Desk, which allows customers to talk directly to an operator as if they were standing in the office, thanks to a video call system. All you need is a computer or a smartphone with Internet connection, and you can interact with an operator of the Integrated Water Service and solve any issue you may have without leaving your home.
The Digital Help Desk is active from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
Accessing the service is easy. All you have to do is go to the Acea Ato 5 website (www.aceaato5.it) and click on the “Digital Help Desk” section clearly visible on the homepage. By clicking on “Book an appointment” the form to book a video call with an Acea Ato 5 operator will open: you will be asked for your name, surname, email address, and mobile number; you can also specify what type of service you require and the date and time that you will be available to take the video call. An email to confirm the appointment will be sent to the email address you provided; on the date booked, a few minutes before the time agreed, an Acea Ato 5 operator will contact you to assist you in setting up the video call.
The Digital Help Desk is the latest remote contact channel that Acea Ato 5 makes available to users in addition to those already in place: in fact, customers can manage their account via the website (www.myacea.it), the MyAcea app (for Abdroid and iOS), or calling 800 639 251.
