Now you can access Acea Ato 5’s help desk from your home. Acea Ato 5 has launched its Digital Help Desk service that allows customers to interact with the operators of the Integrated Water Service without leaving their home. The help desk offers all services that until now were carried out in person at the Provider's physical offices.
The innovative service allows customers to complete all operations and processes that have traditionally been carried out at physical help desks without leaving their homes or having to queue.
The service offered by Acea Ato 5 is a new remote contact option that joins the existing channels already available to customers – toll-free phone number, MyAcea app, email, and website.
Access to the Digital Help Desk is by appointment only. The service is very easy to use: simply go to the website www.aceaato5.it and click on “Find out more” in the Digital Help Desk section clearly visible on the home page.
You will find all the necessary information about the service. Click on “Book an appointment” and fill in the form with your details, the service you require, and select the date and time you are available to take a video call from an Acea Ato 5 operator.
After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email confirming the appointment. On the date booked, a few minutes before the time you selected, an Acea Ato 5 operator will contact you and give you some simple instructions, an access link, and provide you with the necessary assistance to start a video call.
The Digital Help Desk will be active from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
Any documents necessary to complete the process can be sent via email. Customer identification and consent will be obtained by video recording.
