A fast priority lane to regularize unregistered water supplies and accounts against which credit recovery procedures have been started, in compliance with Remsi (credit recovery regulation). With this aim, and in the interest of all customers, Acea Ato 5 has activated two dedicated channels for users to contact the Company and receive information on the ongoing procedures and obtain quickly the instructions on how to regularize their position.

These channels include the email address and the telephone number 366 344 0766, and are available to anyone who requires to regularize their position in connection with the integrated water service or credit recovery procedures.

Customers are reminded of the agreement between the Provider and the Consumer Protection Body (Otuc), which allows anyone needing to regularize their position (unauthorized or unregister users, etc.) to do so by 31 December and benefit from the discount offered in the agreement.

Since the health emergency started in March this year, Acea Ato 5 stopped all procedures to suspend the water supply in cases in which payment was overdue, in compliance with all regulations applicable to the water sector and any extraordinary measures issued by the Government, the Region, and competent Bodies, and applied a range of procedures to support its users.

The email address and the telephone number 366 344 0766 are two precious channels at a difficult time when, due to the increasing spread of Covid-19 and the strict health regulations imposed by authorities, the help desks and commercial offices in Frosinone and Cassino are temporarily closed to the public.

In this context, all services are regularly provided via the alternative channels that the Company has improved to ensure maximum accessibility.

All services are available calling the toll-free 800 639 251, active from mobiles and land lines, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00; Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00. Calls are free from both land lines and mobiles.

Acea Ato 5’s commitment to be always available to its customers by implementing and improving its contact channels is a constant priority. Soon, a Digital Help Desk will be available to manage documents that used to be submitted in person, allowing for quicker response to customers’ needs.
