Acea Group certified Top Employer for the third consecutive year

For the third year in a row, Acea Group has been awarded Italy's Top Employers Certification, recognising the excellence in the implementation of business policies and strategies aimed at improving the welfare of employees, the workplace and the labour market.

The Certification is awarded to businesses that achieve and meet high standards, based on research into Best Practices in Human Resources.

The survey covers 6 HR macro areas, with an in-depth analysis of 20 different fields and related Best Practices, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and others. The Top Employers programme has certified over 2,300 Top Employers from 121 countries around the world.

For the third consecutive year, Acea Group has been recognised for its Leadership, Onboarding, Sustainability and Training - the key areas that have contributed to the company's success.

This certification also highlights the company's continuous improvement in developing Equality & Care policies as part of a growth path which demonstrates the value that Acea Group places on its People.
