How to read a water clock meter

Clock meter: for correct reading, only read the black hands. Alongside each indicator is the value by which to multiply the figure in the box: x1 indicates the units; x10 the tends; x100 the hundreds; and x1000 the thousands (all expressed in cubic metres).

When the hand indicates a place between two figures, always consider the lower.

Enter the customer area MyAcea Acqua, go to the Readings and consumptions section and send the self-read.

Send an SMS indicating the utility code, the customer code and the numbers read on the meter followed by #. These are the telephone numbers for sending a self-reading by SMS for each water company:
