How to report a break or leak

Users are reminded that all issues (lack of water, water leaks, sewage leaks, etc.) should be reported by calling the toll-free number 800 191 332. This guarantees that reports are logged correctly in the system and all issues are managed meeting the deadlines set for interventions and repairs.

How to submit a meter reading

Submitting meter readings regularly to the water supplier is advantageous for customers, as they avoid estimated bills and only pay for the water they have actually used; it also helps the early detection of hidden leaks in customers’ private water supply pipes.
Readings can be submitted by phone, calling the toll-free number 800 639 251, sending an email to commerciale@aceaato5.it or an SMS to 339 99 42 943 (quoting supply number, customer number and the numbers shown on the meter followed by #), or online, visiting my.acea.it.

How to transfer a contract

To request to transfer a contract, customers may call the toll-free number 800 639 251 or, more simply, use the form available on my.acea.it. All information and forms are available in the dedicated section on the website www.aceaato5.it.

How to switch to online billing

Sometimes, paper bills sent by post are delivered late or never delivered at all. These issues are not imputable to the water supplier but caused by glitches in the postal service, especially during the current health emergency.
A solution is offered by the online billing service, Web Bill, which allows customers to receive their bill via email on the day it is issued, avoiding any postal service delays.
To activate the online billing service, all customers need to do is register on my.acea.it and request the service with a click.
Acea Ato 5, in line with the latest dispositions issued by Arera on Covid-19 prevention, has already informed all customers for whom it had an email address that the service has been activated automatically.

How to pay in installments

Customers who wish to pay their bills in installments may call the toll-free number 800 639 251, send an email to commerciale@aceaato5.it or simply submit a request online by visiting my.acea.it.
Acea Ato 5 reminds customers that during this health emergency they may request to pay in installments any bills due before March 9, 2020, even if their application had previously been rejected.
