How to report a fault

Tell us where you have noticed a fault or hazardous situation: your report will be handled by our technicians to plan an intervention as quickly as possible.

(step 1) Access the MyAcea reserved area and go to the reports section.
(step 2) Enter details of where the fault is located (street name and number) and the identification plate, if any, attached to the light pole.
(step 3) Specify the type of fault and the number of lamp-posts that are not working.
(step 4) To find out if progress is being made, go to the Report status section for an updated list of your reports.
From either a landline or a mobile telephone, call the freephone number 800 130 336 and select option 1 "faults" and then type 3.

How to report a hazardous situation

(step 1) You can report a hazardous situation if you notice any of the following:

  • a pole that is leaning over due to a collision or accident;
  • a lamp or part of a lamp that is unsafe;
  • a hatch open with cables visible

(step 2) From either a landline or a mobile telephone, call the freephone number 800 13 0336 and select option 1 "faults" and then type 4.
