The Board of Directors of Acea S.p.A., having met today, has appointed Elisabetta Maggini as a member of the Related Party Transactions Committee.
The Related Party Transactions Committee now comprises the following: Angelo Piazza (Chairman), Luisa Melara, Massimiliano Capece Minutolo Del Sasso, Antonella Rosa Bianchessi and Elisabetta Maggini.
The current composition of the other board Committees remains unchanged.
