At today’s meeting, chaired by Barbara Marinali, the Acea Board of Directors, with the favourable opinion of the Board of Auditors and effective immediately, approved the appointment of Pier Francesco Ragni - currently Deputy General Manager Corporate and Chief Financial Officer - also to the role of Manager responsible for preparing the company's financial reports pursuant to Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/98, replacing Sabrina Di Bartolomeo who, as announced on 27 August, has tendered her resignation from the said position in order to pursue new professional challenges.

According to the information available, as of today’s date Pier Francesco Ragni does not hold shares in Acea.
