In relation to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, as per Calling Notice dated 19 April 2020, to be held on 29 May and 30 May 2020, respectively in first and second call, Acea S.p.A. reports that the following Lists of candidates for the office of Director have been duly filed at the Company.
