Rome, 26 March 2019 – The Annual Financial Report for the period ended 31 December 2018, comprising the Draft Annual Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Report on Operations and the Declaration referred to in Article 154-bis of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, together with the Reports of the Independent Auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Report on Corporate Governance and on the Ownership Structure, the Remuneration Report, pursuant to Article 123-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, the disclosure pertaining to the consolidated non-financial statement in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 254/2016 (2018 Sustainability Report) and the Explanatory Reports concerning the first three items on the agenda of the ordinary Annual General Meeting convened on 17 April and 18 April 2019, respectively in first and second call, are available to the public at the company’s head office, in the appropriate section of the Company’s website (www.gruppo.acea.it, section “2019 Annual General Meeting”) and on the 1info authorised storage mechanism, available on the website www.1info.it .

The financial information relating to the subsidiaries and associate companies will be available at the Company’s head office, starting from 2 April 2019.
