Rome, 3 August 2017 – A meeting of Acea SpA’s Board of Directors, chaired by Luca Alfredo Lanzalone, has noted the agreed termination of the employment, with effect from 1 September 2017, of Demetrio Mauro, ACEA SpA’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Responsible for Financial Reporting pursuant to art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998.

During the same meeting, the Board also approved the appointment – again with effect from 1 September 2017 – of Giuseppe Gola as ACEA SpA’s Executive Responsible for Financial Reporting.

Giuseppe Gola will, on the same date, assume the role of Acea SpA’s CFO.

Giuseppe Gola, 53, has a degree in Engineering and, among the various positions he has held, was CFO at Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA between 2007 and 2016.
