Notice is hereby given, in partial modification of the Financial Calendar issued on January 21, 2016, the date of approval of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the ACEA Group, and the project of the ACEA's financial statements as of December 31, 2015, by the Board of Directors, originally scheduled for March 14, 2016, it has been modified, without the rest.

Therefore, the date tentatively scheduled for consideration by the economic and financial information the Board of Directors for the year 2016 are:

• Friday, March 11, 2016 Consolidated Financial Statements of ACEA, the project of the ACEA Group's financial statements at December 31, 2015
• Thursday, May 12, 2016 Quarterly Report at March 31, 2016
• Thursday, July 28, 2016 Half-year financial report at June 30, 2016
• Thursday, November 10, 2016 Interim Report at September 30, 2016

They will be scheduled meetings with the financial community and the media for the presentation of the interim results and possibly corporate strategies.

The Shareholders' Meeting, to approve the financial statements at December 31, 2015, will be convened on first call on April 28, 2016 (Thursday) and on second call on May 5, 2016 (Thursday).

It is expected that the dividend for 2015 will be payable as of June 22, 2016, with coupon detachment on June 20, 2016 and record date June 21, 2016.

Si comunica, a parziale modifica del Calendario Eventi Societari diffuso in data 21 gennaio 2016, che la data di approvazione del Bilancio consolidato del Gruppo ACEA e del  progetto del bilancio di esercizio di ACEA al 31 dicembre 2015, da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione, originariamente prevista per il 14 marzo 2016, è stata modificata, fermo il resto.

Pertanto, le date orientativamente previste per l’esame da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione dei dati economico-finanziari per l’anno 2016 sono:

Potranno essere programmati incontri con la comunità finanziaria ed i media per la presentazione dei risultati di periodo e, eventualmente, delle strategie aziendali.

L’Assemblea degli Azionisti, per l’approvazione del Bilancio al 31 dicembre 2015, sarà convocata in prima convocazione in data 28 aprile 2016 (giovedì) e in seconda convocazione in data 5 maggio 2016 (giovedì).

Si prevede che il dividendo relativo all’esercizio 2015 sarà messo in pagamento a partire dal 22 giugno 2016, con stacco della cedola in data 20 giugno 2016 e record date il 21 giugno 2016.

Eventuali variazioni in merito al progetto di calendario su indicato verranno comunicate senza indugio al mercato ed alle Autorità di vigilanza e di gestione.
