The Acea SpA Board of Directors, chaired by Catia Tomasetti, appointed Demetrio Mauro Manager responsible for preparing the company's accounts as from 1 January 2016, whose curriculum vitae is available on site.

Up to that date, this office is held by Iolanda Papalini, Unit Manager Administration and Reporting of Acea.
