Worked for the Italian Stock Exchange for 9 years, where she dealt with assisting, in close collaboration with the supervisory authority (CONSOB), quoted issuers on matters concerning extraordinary operations, price sensitive information, compliance and corporate governance. Was secretary of the scientific committee dealing with the updating of the Code of Self-Governance of quoted companies and responsible for the legal listing department entrusted with procedures for the admission and quotation of shares and other financial instruments, with proxies for delicate procedures. Was involved in consultation procedures on the sector regulations and the preparation of corporate procedures for the functioning of market management companies, supervised by CONSOB.

Stefano Antonio Donnarumma
Born in Milan on 29 October 1967. Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1993, with a Master in Design of Mechanical Components. Registered in the Roll of Engineers since 1994, He was awarded QING Certification in 2003 as “Expert in Technical Management of Industrial Plants” by the Order of Engineers of Milan. He worked for about 9 years in the production of moto vehicle and railway components from 1994, and he was entrusted with the management of plants for the production of railway vehicles in 2003, working first for Bombardier and latterly with Alstom. In this period, he was involved in the design and manufacture (for Bombardier as part of the TREVI consortium) of new multi-tension ETRs, trains to be used on the Italian High Speed Railway network. He was also involved in the realisation of the first electrical train designed and manufactured in Europe (Alstom) for use on Chinese railways. Joined Acea Distribuzione (the manager of the Rome electricity and public lighting network) in 2007 as Operations Manager and then as Chairman and CEO until August 2012. Joined the Aeroporti di Roma Group (Rome Airports Authority) as Airport Management Director and Accountable Manager for Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and as Chairman of ADR Assistance. Has held seminars and lectures at Tor Vergata, Luiss and PUSC universities in Rome, mainly on operations/management related subjects. Appointed Manager of the Networks & Heating Business Unit of the A2A Group in May 2015; the Group includes 9 subsidiary/associate companies and carries out all the conduction activities for the network infrastructures in Lombardia.
