Stefano Raffaello Songini

In October 2020 he has been appointed Head of Investor Relations and Sustainability at Acea.

Prior to joining ACEA, from March 2016 until October 2020 he worked for ENAV as Head of Communication, Sustainability and Investor Relations; Mr. Songini played a key role in the successful IPO of the company on the Milan Stock Exchange in July 2016.

Prior to ENAV, from 2005 until 2016, Mr. Songini held various positions at Weather Investments S.p.A., including Head of Corporate Finance and IR at WIND, Head of M&A, IR and Financial Reporting at WIND, and Investor Relations Director at Orascom Telecom Holding.

Previously Mr. Songini worked for Omnitel in Milan, and subsequently for the Vodafone Group in London, for Ford Motor Company and for Snamprogetti.

Stefano Songini holds a degree in Economics from LUISS University in Rome and a Masters’ degree in Management of Energy and Environmental Firms from Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei in Milan.
