Achille Fiore

Achille Fiore has been Head of Risk & Compliance for the Acea Group since June 2020.

He was formerly in charge of Acea’s Governance & Business Process Model.
From 2017 to 2019 he was Compliance Manager & Group Chief Compliance Officer for Wind Tre, while from 2015 to 2017 he was Compliance Manager & Compliance Officer for the Wind Group, participating in the dedicated H3G merger transaction team. During this period he also formed part of the Supervisory Body for the Wind Tre Group and previously for the Wind Group.
Prior to this, he worked for PwC, heading projects in Italy and abroad in connection with mergers & acquisitions, commercial disputes, as well as consultancy projects for companies involved in insolvency proceedings. He also led numerous projects concerning risk management, risk assessment and the implementation of business compliance programmes.
At PwC and at another leading international firm, from January 2000 to 2004, he performed audit activities pertaining to the financial statements of Italian and multinational industrial groups.

Achille Fiore has a degree in Economics from the University of Naples Federico II and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Auditor.
