Sale of electricity and gas and supply of value-added services

Electricity sales of around 6.8 TWh make us one of the main operators on the Italian electricity market for the segment of small and medium enterprises and households. Our ambition is to consolidate the Group's position, especially in view of the complete liberalisation of the market. In order to pursue this objective, we aim to enhance the quality of services offered and customer experience at all client contact points.

Our objectives for development

Greater commercial focus on digital channels and cross-selling during the transition from protected market to free market, investments in technological innovation, digitalisation and sustainability
Zero Impact complementary commodity: in line with Acea Group’s commitment to protect the environment, all energy sold by Acea Energy will be produced exclusively from renewable sources and 0% CO2 gas, compensating emissions by acquiring certified carbon dioxide credits (VER - Verified Emission Reduction). Introduction of value-added products such as boilers and air conditioners, in order to increasingly enhance our positioning as regards the issues of sustainability and environmental conservation
In keeping with the Group’s sustainable mobility development strategies, with regard to e-mobility Acea Energia offers electric vehicle charging services via an app that can be used at authorised points throughout the national territory, via interoperability agreements entered into with other sector operators
Possible integration of telephone services into the electricity supply, thanks to the partnership with WindTre
Growth in the electric mobility segment, with a total investment of 10 million Euro.
